This paper investigates the potential of emerging technologies — particularly FinTech and blockchain — in supporting Sustainable Development Goals in developing countries. Using a systematic literature review combined with rule-based Natural Language Processing and semantic keyword mapping, the study highlights how FinTech could drive financial inclusion, economic empowerment, and green finance. Blockchain and artificial intelligence could contribute to transparency and efficiency, though challenges such as infrastructure gaps and regulatory fragmentation persist. The findings call for targeted investments, enabling policy frameworks, and further research on real-world applications to ensure equitable and effective implementation.

Abstract
This paper investigates the potential of emerging technologies — particularly FinTech and blockchain — in supporting Sustainable Development Goals in developing countries. Using a systematic literature review combined with rule-based Natural Language Processing and semantic keyword mapping, the study highlights how FinTech could drive financial inclusion, economic empowerment, and green finance. Blockchain and artificial intelligence could contribute to transparency and efficiency, though challenges such as infrastructure gaps and regulatory fragmentation persist. The findings call for targeted investments, enabling policy frameworks, and further research on real-world applications to ensure equitable and effective implementation.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
