A 52 years-old woman from Philippines affected by Kufs' Disease presented with Continua Partialis Epilepsia. Topiramate was increased every week by 50 mg/die up to myoclonus reduction by 70% of the baseline. To this purpose. 30 minutes video-polygraphic recordings were performed before treatment, after each week and at seven months follow-up and the average myoclonus/min was computed on six muscles. Myoclonus was 112/min at baseline and showed a linear reducton with drug increase up to 33/min ar 400 mg/die. The effect was maintained at seven months follow-up (32/min)
