A rare case of epithelial-myoepithelial carcinoma of the parotid gland, reaching 13 cm in the largest dimension. The rarity and the unusual size of the tumor have prompted us to report this case to stress clinical features, morphologic picture and immonohistochemical findings particularly in relationship to differential diagnosis.
