Several studies have shown that implant supported overdentures in the mandible significantly increase satisfaction and quality of life in edentulous elderly patients. Improved chewing ability appears to have a positive impact on nutritional state. In dental literature there are only a few studies about overdenture supported by mini-implants. This study analysed mini-implant supported overdenture in the atrophic mandible of 2 patients. Both were satisfied with their overdentures that were judged stable and comfortable.
