Olive (Olea europaea) is one of the most widespread and economic important woody plants in the Mediterranean and Middle Eastern regions. The major phenolic compounds identified and quantified in olive and olive oil belong to three different classes: simple phenols (hydroxytyrosol (2), tyrosol); secoiridoids (oleuropein (1), the aglycone of ligstroside and their respective decarboxylated dialdehyde derivatives (3) and the lignans [(+)-1-acetoxypinoresinol & (+)- pinoresinol]. Using the physical and chemical characteristics of fatty acid esters hydroxytyrosol,1 we synthesized hydroxytyrosol oleyl nanoparticles as new drug delivery system. The nanoparticles containing drug (oleuropein, hydroxytyrosol and 3,4- DHPEA-EDA)2 were tested on neuroblastoma cells and evaluated the antioxidant proprieties.

Abstract
The nanoparticles containing drug (oleuropein, hydroxytyrosol and 3,4- DHPEA-EDA)2 were tested on neuroblastoma cells and evaluated the antioxidant proprieties.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
