Myelolipoma of the adrenal gland is a rare, benign, endocrinologically inactive tumour. Its histologic structure consists of mature adipose tissue with foci of hematopoietic cells. A bilateral case is reported in a sixty-four-year-old woman presenting severe hypertension. Diagnosis was established preoperatively by means of sonography, computerized tomography and ultrasound guided biopsy.
