We report two cases of Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans (DFSP). The first case describes a 48-year-old woman who was referred for evaluation of an indured plaque (20 cm) with firm bossolated protuberant nodules on the sacral part of trunk. Her medical history was significant for chronic hepatitis C. The lesion started to grow when the patient began antiviral therapy with interferon α and ribavirin for the hepatitis. The second case describes a 60-year-old woman who presented a multinodular lesion (15 cm) on the groin, where she had a surgical operation for DFSP. The diagnosis of DFSP was made and it was confirmed by histopathological examination. The treatment was surgical. © Copyright 2006, CIC Edizioni Internazionali.
