A NMR spectroscopic and crystallographic investigation supported by molecular modelling methods has been employed to describe the inclusion properties of molsidomine into the three underivatized alpha-, beta- and gamma-cyclodextrins, aimed to point out the factors affecting the complexation selectivity and stabilization.
