The article examines some of the main issues, both domestic and international, that emerged as a result of the war in Ukraine, focusing, in particular, on the issue of the sovereignty and constitutional compatibility of the decisions taken by Italy on these events. The article also includes an appendix with the list of conflicts that broke out in the world from 1945 to the present day.
