RELATIVISMO E CONFLITTO NEL PENSIERO DI RENATO TREVES

.** To consider the work of Renato Treves between philosophy and sociology is significative, and right, as considering his work and the development of his thought between two worlds apparentely far away the European one and that one of the South-America. Worlds that in the thought and in the work of the author are so near to be quite not only approachable but quite melted together, in unique scientific world and in unique teaching that starts from Italy, emi-grates into Argentina, goes back to Italy, to Milan, and from here leaves again to diffuse not only in South-America and particulary in Argentina but somewhere else. This appears so true if one considers that long years of Renato Treves work’s has seen him engaged as ambassa-dor of the juridical-sociological science in the entire world. Though conscious that this science grew thin, by certainly efforts of meritorious thinkers that desperately try an autonomy way from scientific situations that they know are perfectly borrowed from others sphere of thought, is not a case that Durkheim and Weber grow scientifically and ideologically.
